Data Scientist Analyst (Python,GenAI)

• *Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data
• Design and build scalable AI models
• Evaluate AI model performance using technical and business metrics
• Design end-to-end model pipeline and conduct various tests to ensure robustness of solution
• Prepare model documentations and testing reports
• *Requirements**
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

• *3–5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.**
• Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).

• *Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.**
• Familiar with machine learning libraries and GenAI.
• Ability to work with various types of data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
