Job Description
- TCS Interactive is seeking a senior, client-facing AI leader to drive advanced analytics and GenAI strategy, shape enterprise AI roadmaps, and lead delivery of scalable AI solutions. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, data science, and AI engineering, translating business opportunities into measurable outcomes while ensuring responsible governance and scalable execution.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on expertise in AI / GenAI, with ability to translate into practical business value and prototypes / solutions
- Advanced Python (Pandas/NumPy) and SQL proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch for building/training models.
- Strong data engineering awareness: ETL pipelines, unstructured data, and big data tooling such as Spark/Hadoop (as applicable).
- Production orientation: deployment, monitoring, and containerization exposure (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred for scaled implementations.
- Strong communication and executive storytelling; able to engage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience building AI-native workflows, including LLM-based solution patterns, experimentation-to-scale delivery.
- Experience contributing to AI operating models / maturity roadmaps / governance playbooks.

Salary Range $190,000 - $218,000 a year
