Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Enhance knowledge and gain professional experience by working on client projects.
- Receive mentorship from professionals applying analytical rigor and statistical methods.
- Develop skills in writing efficient and reusable programs for data cleansing, integration, and modeling.
- Assist in communicating analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize programming languages like Python to build data pipelines and work with cloud platforms, ETL tools, and data integration.
- Develop solution prototypes on Agentic AI using IBM and open source tools for logistics, medical, and employee experience functions.
About you
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building in an agile environment.
- Initiative and passion for continuous learning and growth mindset.
- Leadership experience and effective communication skills, including active listening and adaptability.
- Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (Python preferred) or a strong computer science foundation.
- Interest or experience in statistical analysis or data mining through internships, projects, hackathons, or publications.
- General familiarity with databases, data-engineering tools (SQL, Spark), and cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS).
- Experience with machine learning/data science libraries in Python (scikit-learn, SciPy, pandas, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Experience or interest in NLP, LLM, or GenAI is a plus.
