As the first Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle to solve a multi-billion dollar waste problem. You will build predictive models that optimize garment production, reducing returns and carbon emissions. Working across the full stack, you will turn complex customer data into actionable insights for major global brands.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy predictive models to identify fit issues before manufacturing begins, directly impacting return rates.
• Build and manage the end-to-end data pipeline, from raw source ingestion to production-ready feature stores.
• Conduct rigorous statistical experiments and A/B tests to validate product recommendations and business hypotheses.

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of production experience handling the full data science lifecycle from research to deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with the ability to navigate messy, real-world datasets independently.
• A product-first mindset with the statistical rigour to design valid experiments and communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
