Data Scientist II

A leading data and analytics organization is hiring a Data Scientist on a remote basis to join a collaborative, high-impact team focused on building predictive models and delivering actionable insights. You’ll work with modern data technologies, large data sets, and real-world business problems across multiple industries.

The role offers the chance to work on meaningful analytics projects that directly influence product strategy and customer outcomes. Contract Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• BS in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Math, or similar)
• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Science
• Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience building or supporting predictive or statistical models
• Strong understanding of data mining, statistical models, and experimentation
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with SQL, Spark or Databricks
• Exposure to Big Data environments or large-scale datasets
• Experience in fraud, credit risk, payments, lending, or related domains
• Masters in a quantitative discipline
