About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning and exposure to Generative AI to build scalable models and drive customer engagement across digital and non-digital channels.
You will work on transforming structured and unstructured data into actionable insights and AI-driven solutions that impact business outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions
- Perform feature engineering on customer, behavioral, and transactional data
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models
- Work with structured and unstructured data (including text/NLP use cases)
- Evaluate model performance using technical and business metrics
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data → model → deployment → monitoring)
- Prepare model documentation and reports

- Strong experience in
