About The Role We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to elevating our product offerings through advanced data analysis and machine learning. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including data, product, growth, and engineering—to develop sophisticated models that provide actionable insights, optimize workflows, and improve user engagement.

Your work will directly impact our ability to understand subscriber behavior, personalize content recommendations, and predict user conversion, thereby enhancing the overall subscriber experience. This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in the United States or Canada, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a data scientist or data analyst

• Proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R for model training and deployment

• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation in data warehouses

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences

• Experience designing and implementing data science pipelines in production environments

• Ability to analyze user data deeply and develop strategic recommendations

• Experience leading projects with hands-on analysis and model development

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement mathematical models to support key product and business objectives such as user subscription prediction and personalized content recommendations

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, selecting appropriate analytical methods and tools for each task

• Conduct quantitative analysis to understand user behavior and derive insights for product improvement

• Develop and maintain scalable data science pipelines for production use

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models and insights into the product ecosystem

• Foster a data-driven culture by sharing findings and educating stakeholders on analytical results

• Continuously improve data science practices and tools within the team
