What The Role Is

You will transform RSAF's HR operations through technical implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI-driven solutions.

You support the transformation of HR operations through application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions, for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to transform RSAF's HR operations and decision-making processes
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives
  • Build and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for HR optimisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions

Challenge(s)

  • Translating complex HR business requirements into robust technical analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact
  • Ensuring analytical models remain accurate and relevant while adapting to evolving organisational needs and data landscapes

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence is preferred
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R), data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), database management and ETL processes, machine learning frameworks and CRISP-DM methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner
