We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Plant Facilities team. This role focuses on turning maintenance and operational data into meaningful insights to enhance efficiency, predict potential failures, and optimise resource planning.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📈 Maintenance Analytics & Insights

• Analyse maintenance alerts to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
• Convert complex datasets into actionable insights for preventive and corrective actions
• Support predictive maintenance initiatives using data analytics and AI tools

📦 Inventory & Forecasting

• Monitor maintenance inventory movement and stock levels
• Forecast spare parts requirements based on maintenance schedules
• Prepare monthly inventory and performance reports for management
• Improve forecasting accuracy through data modelling and AI-driven analysis

🤖 Process Improvement

• Support development and enhancement of AI-driven Maintenance Work Processes (MWP)
• Collaborate with teams to optimise workflows using data insights

🧠 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or AI-related roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation
