Hiring: Data Centre Engineer
We are looking for experienced Data Centre Engineers to join a leading data centre in the UAE.
Locations: UAE (Multiple Locations)
Open Positions: 3–5
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Work Type: Full Time - Onsite + On-call Support if required
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting (e.g., motherboards, servers, and related components)
- Execute rack and stack deployments, including equipment mounting and setup
- Handle structured cabling and patching
- Support data centre operations, including upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution
- Ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and asset tracking
- Follow change management processes and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years hands on in large scale Data centre environment
- Strong knowledge of:
o Server hardware (motherboards, storage, networking components)
o Rack & stack procedures
o Cabling (patching, routing, and cable management)
- Familiarity with data centre standards, environments, and operational protocols
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently
- Experience working in high-security or enterprise data centres
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Willingness to work in shift-based and on-call support environments
Additional Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in hardware replacement, storage replacement, and new server patching
- Experience in cabling, rack fixing, and structured deployments
- Awareness of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Understanding of large-scale data centers (rack-level awareness required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month
