Summary:

Seeking a senior Data Analyst to design and deliver a Power BI dashboard by transforming Excel-based BugTrack data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements with business & IT stakeholders
• Build scalable Power BI data models and dashboards
• Create visuals for ticket metrics (volume, aging, priority, trends)
• Implement filters, drill-downs, and automated data refresh
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
• Document solutions and train internal teams

Requirements:

• Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
• Expertise in data modeling, reporting, and visualization
• Experience working with large datasets and stakeholders

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $52-48.61 per hour.
