Role OverviewInitio Sphere is onboarding Deal Review & Risk Analysts to evaluate, verify, and assess the risk profile of investment opportunities before they are introduced to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Analysts:

• Review and validate deal documentation and structure

• Assess risk factors and highlight potential deal issues

• Collaborate with Deal Scouts and transaction teams to ensure quality and credibility

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals reviewed and approved that close successfully

• Build a verified record of deal review and risk assessment expertise within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with transaction experience, risk management expertise, or analytical backgrounds in finance, private equity, real estate, or operating businesses.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Analysts may:

• Conduct detailed review of proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Assess transaction risk, deal structure, and supporting documentation

• Provide recommendations for deal viability and risk mitigation

• Coordinate with Deal Scouts and analysts to ensure high-quality submissions

• Certify deals before introduction to investors or fund managers

Analysts are not responsible for capital raising, underwriting, or providing investment advice.

Eligible Deal TypesBased on approval, Analysts may review opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional experience and prior transaction or risk assessment credibility.

Compensation & EconomicsDeal Review & Risk Analysts earn success-based compensation only:

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction reviewed

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality review and risk analysis
