We’re looking for an analytical and execution-oriented professional to take on the role of Delivery Strategy Analytics Manager. In this position, you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth across our delivery channels by utilizing data-driven insights, economic modeling, and performance analysis.

The Delivery Strategy Analytics Manager will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our first-party (native) and third-party (aggregator) delivery channels. You will focus on key aspects such as unit economics, demand factors, pricing strategies, and the effectiveness of our promotions. Your goal will be to maintain a strong customer-centric and margin-aware approach, ensuring that we drive transaction growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve retention rates.

In collaboration with teams across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external delivery partners, you will transform insights into actionable strategies. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying trade-offs between different delivery channels, discovering new growth opportunities, and measuring performance through robust experimentation methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unit Economic Analysis: Create and maintain financial models to evaluate the profitability of first-party and third-party delivery channels, considering all costs such as commissions and labor.
  • Price Elasticity & Fee Optimization: Understand customer responses to delivery fees and pricing to inform structures that balance volume and profitability.
  • Channel Attribution & Marketing Performance: Develop analyses to assess the impact of various delivery platforms on demand, including marketing performance measurement.
  • Demand Forecasting & Operational Support: Use historical and promotional data to forecast delivery demand, collaborating with Operations for resource planning.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Design and maintain dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor essential delivery and marketing KPIs.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests for delivery pricing and promotions, measuring key performance indicators.
  • Third-Party Partner Analysis: Evaluate third-party aggregator performance to identify trends and optimize collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Finance. A Master's degree in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in data-centric roles within QSR or E-commerce sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data manipulation, with experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Knowledge of Python or R for analytics is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Experience with financial modeling and complex analysis.
