𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟳+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: We are looking for a Senior DeltaV Engineer with strong commissioning experience in Process Automation Systems (PAS) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). This role requires a hands-on expert who can independently manage DeltaV configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in a high-impact industrial environment.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗣𝗔𝗦 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀):

• Lead testing & commissioning from DCS

• Configure DeltaV sequences, modules, alarms & events

• Develop DeltaV Live graphics (GEMs) & historian integration

• Perform system downloads/uploads & ensure hardware integrity

• Execute loop checks & troubleshoot control issues

𝗦𝗜𝗦 (𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀):

• Perform SIS loop checks & functional testing

• Configure DeltaV SIS hardware & graphics

• Troubleshoot safety loops & ensure compliance

• Collaborate with instrumentation & HSE teams

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV (configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting)

• Experience in both PAS & SIS environments

• Ability to work independently in onsite commissioning roles

• Strong coordination with stakeholders, technicians & safety teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills in real-time environments
