Technology Deployment (TD) in Robotics Deployment and Packaging Innovation (RDPI) organization is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to assist in driving strategic and tactical quality activities for deployment of complex Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics (FTR) solutions. This individual will assist in developing and implementing foundational elements of a right-sized Quality Management System (QMS) for TD. In this role, the individual will partner with stakeholders to ensure quality systems, processes and tools are in place to support deployment of existing and new technologies.
The ideal candidate knows how to navigate and thrive in ambiguous and complex environment, has a passion for continuous improvement, excellent analytical abilities, technical skills and effective written and verbal communication. This is a global role supporting quality activities across North America, Europe and APAC.

A day in the life
As a Deployment Quality Engineer, you will own some of the foundational elements of QMS across TD globally including writing business requirements for quality systems and tools, developing and reporting quality metrics, deep-diving data to root cause defects, creating processes and methods to verify conformance and compliance of existing and new technologies to technical and business requirements, managing defects or non-conformances and non-compliance. You will support quality activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and drive quality continuous improvement globally in TD.
