The Opportunity
You will be part of a specialist derivatives function supporting trading, structuring, and risk management across a diverse portfolio including equities, fixed income, FX, and commodities. The environment is fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, and designed for individuals who want exposure to real market impact from day one.
Working alongside senior traders, quants, and portfolio managers, you will gain direct insight into live deal flow, pricing strategies, and hedging techniques used by leading institutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting the pricing, valuation, and execution of derivative products including options, futures, swaps, and structured products
Analysing market trends, volatility surfaces, and pricing inefficiencies to support trading decisions
Assisting with hedging strategies and risk mitigation across portfolios
Working closely with trading desks to monitor positions and optimise performance
Producing detailed reports on P&L, risk exposure, and market movements
Collaborating with quantitative teams on models and pricing frameworks
Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders on derivative strategies and solutions

Salary and Benefits
Base salary: £45,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
