Your Impact

We are seeking a passionate Design Automation Engineer/Specialist with expertise in Power Platform to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing workflows, developing custom algorithms, managing data, and creating intelligent design solutions. You will bridge engineering and digital data management to enhance project delivery, driving forward‑thinking automation and seamless integration across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions and process automation using Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and unlock new automation opportunities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, effective project delivery solutions.
• Prototype, test, and refine integrations to address design and construction challenges.
• Champion a culture of innovation, guiding projects from strategy to execution.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Data and Systems Engineering, Information Engineering, Internet of Things Engineering, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Technologies & Skills

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation frameworks such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Revit, Rhino, UiPath (RPA), etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, Dynamo to build plugins and scripts.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, automation, and data management, with enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
• Expertise in creating parametric models and developing custom algorithms for optimization.
• Experience in creating reference architectures and frameworks.
• Ability to manage automation roadmaps and drive digital transformation initiatives.
