Design Process Engineer

Job Description

Manage and lead the complete design process for real estate projects, starting from defining the design brief through to obtaining SLD approvals and successful TDP expertise review.

Coordinate and supervise designers and project teams at every stage of the project to ensure compliance with legal requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.

Develop clear project timelines, track progress regularly, and identify potential risks while implementing preventive actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Maintain close communication with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to support smooth collaboration and timely decision making.

Prepare, review, and manage project contracts while ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.

Monitor overall project execution and ensure efficient progress from initial concept and planning through to final project completion.

Support the project team by resolving issues, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring alignment between design objectives and project implementation.

Job Requirements

Higher education in Design or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in project management roles.

At least 3 years of experience leading and managing teams.

Strong understanding of construction regulations, design documentation processes, STR requirements, and territorial planning frameworks.

Proficiency in project management and technical tools such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
