Digital Accessibility Automation Engineer (Selenium + axe-core)

Digital Accessibility Automation Engineer role with one of our clients.

Location: Houston, TX / Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: Long-term Contract

This role is highly focused on automation-first accessibility, where you will:

• Integrate accessibility validations into Selenium frameworks

• Work with axe-core / Axe DevTools / Axe Monitor

• Embed accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

• Build and maintain transactional automation scripts (login, search, checkout flows)

• Analyze results and drive defect remediation & regression prevention

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in accessibility with strong automation focus

• Hands-on experience implementing a11y checks within Selenium frameworks

• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 and WAI-ARIA

• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
