Digital Asset Adoption Analyst

to study those signals.

This role is for someone who is curious about why people, businesses, and markets adopt digital assets — not just when they buy them.

As digital assets become more connected to payments, infrastructure, self-custody, treasury behavior, market access, and user trust, adoption is becoming a business question — not just a crypto question.

This role exists to help turn fragmented adoption signals into clear insight that can support consulting activity, client conversations, market understanding, and strategic decision-making.

What you would focus on

You would track and interpret how digital asset adoption is changing across users, companies, infrastructure providers, and market participants.

That may include

• self-custody behavior and wallet usage patterns

• custody preferences and asset control trends

• stablecoin and payment-related adoption

• exchange reliance versus independent wallet behavior

• trust signals across platforms, infrastructure, and user communities

• institutional and business-facing adoption themes

• education, onboarding, and usability barriers

• emerging demand across digital asset services and infrastructure

The goal is not to produce generic crypto commentary.

The goal is to understand what behavior says about where the market is going.

What we’re looking for

You should bring

• 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, strategy, insights, fintech, consulting, or adjacent analytical work

• strong understanding of digital assets, user behavior, crypto adoption, or financial technology trends

• ability to turn messy market information into structured insight

• strong written communication and analytical thinking

• comfort working in fast-moving sectors where context matters

• interest in how trust, access, security, and usability shape adoption

• ability to connect user behavior with broader commercial and strategic implications

Experience in digital assets, fintech, payments, market research, consulting, financial services, product research, or strategic intelligence is highly valued.

You follow digital assets beyond price charts.

You pay attention to how people actually use wallets, exchanges, stablecoins, custody tools, and payment rails.

You understand that adoption depends on more than awareness — it depends on trust, control, usability, education, and perceived safety.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $118,000–$134,000
