Digital Assets Trader

to join their desk in Hong Kong.

This is not a crypto-startup role. This is an opportunity to join an established, high-frequency, and highly profitable firm that values quantitative rigor, advanced technology, and rapid decision-making. You will be operating at the core of the digital asset liquidity ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Drive Market Making:

Architect and execute automated market-making strategies across both CeFi and DeFi venues.

Optimize Latency:

Collaborate with engineering teams to minimize execution latency and optimize trading infrastructure in a highly competitive environment.

Strategy Development:

Leverage your quantitative expertise to back-test and implement high-frequency strategies that capture market inefficiencies.

Manage Risk:

Take full ownership of trading positions within a complex, high-stakes environment.

What You Bring

Proven Track Record:

You currently work (or have recently worked) at a leading proprietary trading firm with verifiable PnL success.

Domain Expertise:

Deep, hands-on experience in both CeFi and DeFi trading ecosystems.

Technical Breadth:

Extensive experience working with latency-sensitive systems; you understand the infrastructure required to stay ahead in high-frequency trading.

Quant Expertise:

Strong programming and data manipulation skills -

Python and SQL are mandatory

Analytical Mindset:

An academic background in a quantitative discipline (Math, Stats, Physics, CS) paired with a deep understanding of market microstructure.
