As a Digital Twin Simulation Engineer / Manufacturing Process Analyst / Predictive Analytics Engineer at FUTURA-L, you will design, implement, and analyze digital twin models to optimize manufacturing processes, predict performance, and improve operational efficiency. You will leverage simulation, data analytics, and predictive modeling to support smart manufacturing initiatives and operational decision-making.
This hybrid role combines industrial engineering, simulation technology, and data-driven insights to enhance productivity, quality, and system reliability in modern manufacturing environments.
š Key Responsibilitiesš Digital Twin Development
- Build and maintain digital twin models of manufacturing systems, equipment, and production lines.
- Simulate and analyze process workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Validate simulation outputs against real-world operational data.
š Predictive Analytics & Process Optimization
- Develop predictive models for production performance, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Apply machine learning and statistical analysis to forecast process outcomes and operational risks.
- Recommend data-driven interventions to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
š§ Manufacturing Process Analysis
- Analyze manufacturing workflows, system performance, and production KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend solutions to operational challenges.
š¤ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with process engineers, software developers, and data scientists to integrate digital twin models into operational systems.
- Present findings, recommendations, and simulation results to management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry 4.0 practices, and smart manufacturing trends.
š§š» Required Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in digital twin modeling, manufacturing process analysis, or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Siemens NX, AnyLogic, Arena, Simul8, or MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong programming and analytics skills (Python, R, SQL, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ā Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Knowledge of IoT integration, industrial automation, and smart manufacturing platforms.
- Experience with real-time data acquisition, sensor networks, or process monitoring.
- Familiarity with machine learning for predictive maintenance or quality forecasting.
