REQ14593 Director, Corporate Finance Project Management (Open)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Project management of high-impact corporate finance initiatives including those focused on globalization of systems and processes and implementation of technology including RPA and AI among others. Most projects will include multiple business units and global stakeholders where you will be a key bridge to deliver on current project objectives while streamlining and providing agility for future business growth and development.
- Partner with the leadership of the corporate shared services function in Manila to continue to develop capabilities to deliver high quality services in finance and supply chain to current and future business units on a timely, cost-effective basis. Seek opportunities to grow the service portfolio and develop shared services into a center of excellence.
- Assist in development and own the maintenance of the baseline global structure, policies, standard operating procedures, controls, training materials and tools for finance. At first this will be to aggregate the distributed approaches to create a single global standard, with accommodation as needed for local regulatory requirements. Subsequently this will involve roll-out of such standard to newly developed regions and continuous improvement in the global standard so that finance continues to meet its strategic goals and objectives.
- Deliver high quality, executive level project status reports that are transparent, timely, informative and effectively communicate progress, risks and decisions to be made on projects.
- Manage complex, cross-functional and globally distributed project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business value.
- Partner with IT on suite of systems used in finance and supply chain to ensure optimized utilization and performance of tools, and identify opportunities to leverage, enhance or supplement existing systems/tools to better streamline processes, improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of controls, reduce time to deliver periodic financial reports and achieve greater insight into and management of operations within the function.
- Drive change management, training and communication to ensure sustainable adoption across geographies and business units.

Experience And Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and/or MBA
- PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in project/program management of technology projects, cross-departmental projects or projects with global scale
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating across teams and cultures to deliver extraordinary results per project objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills focused on clarifying objectives, identifying solutions and developing and implementing plans to deliver agreed-upon results
- Deep understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R) and associated risks and controls strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to work with people from multiple cultures and at multiple hierarchical levels in an organization
- Proven ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously with strong self-time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in matrixed environments
- Proficient in business English, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in process improvement approaches such as Agile & Scrum, Lean Sigma, etc. strongly preferred.
- High level of knowledge about common financial technology with specific knowledge in Workday, Birchstreet, Ramco, DocuSign CLM system a plus
- Working knowledge of AI, RPA (UiPath) and digital tools a plus
