About The Role
We are seeking experienced Directors to lead enterprise-scale project and portfolio delivery within the telecommunications domain. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology execution, and operational governance—driving predictable outcomes across complex, multi-year initiatives.
You will play a critical role in delivering large-scale telecom transformations spanning network evolution (e.g., 5G, fiber), OSS/BSS, IT systems, cloud platforms, and digital modernization efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise transformation portfolios aligned with corporate strategy, network evolution, and digital priorities
- Drive execution, integration, and delivery of major programs and value streams within the portfolio
- Translate strategic objectives into Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) frameworks, including epics, roadmaps, and investment guardrails
- Manage delivery flow across value streams, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and financial targets
- Partner with Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and Product teams to prioritize initiatives and align funding with value realization
- Operate effectively in complex, matrixed, multi-vendor environments to ensure successful program execution
- Provide executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and governance across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Director Level: 10+ years of experience in telecommunications project, program, or portfolio delivery
- Senior Director Level: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications delivery
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformations across OSS/BSS, network, IT, or digital platforms
- Strong leadership experience within enterprise-scale, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile (SAFe), traditional project management, and hybrid delivery models
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing large portfolios
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Directors and Senior Program Directors (Senior Director level)
- Certifications such as SAFe SPC or Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
- PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certifications
- Exposure to or certification in TM Forum frameworks
