Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Based on review of seller’s financial statements and book of business data, build pro forma models and summarize book of business insights.
  • Assist with the development of pricing models that aid in maximizing company value.
  • Present pro forma work, pricing models, and recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Legal and other key M&A leadership to ensure agreed up financial terms are properly captured in letters of intent and definitive agreements.
