ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Based on review of seller’s financial statements and book of business data, build pro forma models and summarize book of business insights.
Assist with the development of pricing models that aid in maximizing company value.
Present pro forma work, pricing models, and recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.
Collaborate with Legal and other key M&A leadership to ensure agreed up financial terms are properly captured in letters of intent and definitive agreements.
