The Director of Hospital & Health System (H&HS)Center of Excellence is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the H&HS Center of Excellence (COE). This role drives performance outcomes for hospital and health system partners by designing, operationalizing, and scaling high-impact interventions, including clinical training, peer-to-peer learning networks, and on-demand resources. Serving as a subject matter expert in the complexities of hospital operations, the Director ensures that Aledade’s performance strategies align with the specific financial models, stakeholder environments, and policy landscapes unique to the H&HS segment.

The Director works cross-functionally with Aledade leadership to translate organizational Key Results (KRs) into actionable programs. Accountability includes the synthesis of population health analytics to identify performance gaps and the development of standardized curriculums that drive Value-Based Care (VBC) improvement.
