Director, Investment Accounting / Reporting / Process Improvement
Top Investment Firm headquartered in Boston is hiring for an add-to-staff opening on their Investment / Portfolio Operations team. This role will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Involved in and responsible for rollout of AI initiatives and automated systems for process improvement, efficiency,
- Management of the Investment Operations and Financial Reporting team (Junior & Experienced Associates)
- Responsible for oversight of all process & workflow as it relates to Portfolio Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance
- Business Partnering with both internal leadership and external contacts (regulatory authorities, financial institutions)
- Cash Management, forecasting & analysis
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Investment Accounting / Reporting / Operations within Asset Management
- Experience working with / developing AI tools for process improvement is required
- Strong Excel is required, experience with data visualization tools or coding language is a plus
- CPA is a plus, Big 4 experience is a plus (not required)
