The Opportunity

Join our Data and Analytics team where you will oversee the development of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and integration. As a Director, you will guide strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and manage multiple projects while fostering strong relationships at the executive level. This position includes managing global data and analytics teams, delivering executive presentations, and directing the creation of AI/GenAI architectures that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and guide the strategic direction for AI and GenAI solution development

• Develop and enhance AI/GenAI architectures tailored to client specifications

• Encourage teamwork and collaboration within data and analytics departments

• Align efforts with client objectives and adhere to industry standards

• Advocate for technological advancements in data-centric solutions

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 10 years of relevant experience

What Sets You Apart

• A Master’s Degree is preferred

• Experience managing teams focused on AI and GenAI solution development

• Industry experience in Energy and Utilities

• Proficient in documenting and analyzing business processes for AI

• Expertise in designing AI/GenAI architectures for adaptable solutions

• Experience in managing global data and analytics team operations

• Proficient in leading the development of proofs of concept and pilot programs

• Adept at facilitating executive-level presentations on GenAI innovations

• Experience managing teams focused on GenAI application development

• Familiarity with Python, LLM frameworks, and cloud platforms

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
