About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Blockchain Product Management to join our team in a foundational leadership role. You will have the exciting opportunity to define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for a ZK-enabled Layer 2 unified ledger. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with our engineering teams to establish architecture for privacy-preserving stablecoin and RWA wrapping. You will also partner with cryptography experts to develop and enhance advanced ZK smart contract systems.

Your key responsibilities will include designing user-friendly onboarding experiences for various stakeholders and leading a cross-functional go-to-market strategy to drive platform adoption. We seek a candidate with a startup mindset who is not only hands-on and agile but also thrives in an environment of ambiguity. Ideal applicants will have 7-12 years of experience in blockchain product leadership, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to a top-tier Layer 2 project. A deep understanding of rollup architecture, zero-knowledge proofs, and privacy systems is essential.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a proven track record in launching developer-facing platforms or protocols, strong go-to-market experience in crypto infrastructure, stablecoins, or tokenization, and the ability to interface effectively with clients, partners, and developers to align product evolution with ecosystem needs. A background in zero-knowledge cryptography, protocol design, or compliance tooling is advantageous, as well as knowledge of smart contract standards, bridges, and interoperability.
