Director of Data Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead and scale its data analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Analytics Leads while ensuring high performance across sub-teams

Act as a strategic data counterpart to Product leadership, integrating data into the product development lifecycle

Shape and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Data Analytics, anticipating future data needs

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field

5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams across multiple business units

Deep understanding of tech product metrics, experimental design, and user behavior analytics

Technical fluency with cloud data warehouses and modern BI platforms

Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to executive-level audiences
