Director of Data Job Location: Westchester, CA (hybrid - 2 days in office)

Job Salary: $200k - $250k DOE + 10% bonus + full benefits!

Requirements: 8+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence within a SaaS company + 3 years of leadership

With a 250%+ growth rate over the last three years and over $100M in ARR, we are scaling our leadership team to better align our aggressive growth strategies with long-term financial health. We are looking for a "mathematical engine" to lead our growth modeling and ensure our data infrastructure supports sophisticated financial planning.

As the Director of Growth Analytics & Financial Modeling you will be the primary architect of our growth strategy. You will lead the "mathematical engine" of the business, turning complex customer data into actionable revenue plans. Reporting to executive leadership, you will ensure our marketing spend, customer retention, and financial forecasting are perfectly synchronized to maximize long-term enterprise value.

What You'll Do:

• Own Growth Economics: Standardize and evolve LTV models and algorithms to maximize customer monetization and retention.

• Drive Financial Modeling: Partner with Finance to align unit economics (CAC/Payback) with annual operating plans and marketing budgets.

• Lead Predictive Forecasting: Own company-wide revenue and cohort forecasting using Bayesian and advanced statistical methods to guide investment.

• Architect Data Systems: Oversee a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse to ensure a scalable, reliable "single source of truth" for growth metrics.

• Hands-On Leadership: Mentor a team of analysts and analytics engineers while maintaining deep technical involvement in SQL and Python.

What You Need:

• 8+ years in Data Science, Growth Analytics, or Financial Engineering

• 3+ years in a leadership or head-of-function role.

• Track record of translating complex marketing and financial data into board-level strategy

• Expert-level SQL, Python, and Excel

• Deep experience with LTV, cohort analysis, and predictive revenue modeling.

• Expertise in Kimball-style dimensional modeling and data governance.

Bonus points if you have experience with Bayesian methods and managing data integration within a multi-brand portfolio or post acquisition setting
