This position serves as the Director of Data Engineering for the DoIT supporting the Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) verifying that clean, organized, and timely data is available to downstream users. In this role, you will design, develop, evaluate, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs. In addition, you will direct, plan, and manage the Data Engineering Section database and infrastructure management programs. This position serves as a full-line supervisor assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance and training to staff, preparing and signing evaluations, and monitoring and reviewing timekeeping requests.
