About the Job
This client-facing position is responsible for supporting MedAdvisor Solution’s sales, marketing, and retail groups by leading program evaluations/measurements, analytical research, and ad hoc analyses of patient adherence, awareness, and educational programs by utilizing data across communication channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Present research/program designs and analytical findings to pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and business partners.
- Design, manage, and conduct prescription drug measurements of adherence and awareness programs using statistical methodologies for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and retail pharmacy partners in support of Sales initiatives.
- Using prescription- and patient- level data, conduct data analyses, data mining, and predictive modelling to inform the design, strategy, and measurement of patient programs.
- Provide insight to the sales organization regarding appropriate sales strategies and tactics using information and research findings.
- Ideate and recommend revisions/improvements to the program measurement methodologies and designs.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to analysts by providing guidance in problem-solving and analytical consultation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters or Ph.D. in statistics, math, data science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in the following:
- Data analysis/data mining
- Presenting consultative analytics insights to internal and/or external customers
- SAS, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with fluency in data-driven decision making.
- Desired experience in the following:
- Pharmacy operations and patient communications/marketing
