Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to support and execute strategic investment decisions at Meta.
- Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for analytics methods to enhance the efficiency and quality of our platforms.
- Work with engineers and fellow data scientists to improve AI development, automation, experimentation, and measurement systems.
- Deepen your understanding of complex AI development systems and industry challenges to identify future opportunities and risks.
- Lead and inspire a team of data scientists and managers, collaborating closely with other leaders across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding data-driven product strategy.
- Proven ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, and Finance.
- Strong framing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation methods.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for optimizing workflows and achieving measurable impacts.
- Experience with ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Ongoing development in AI skills and knowledge of emerging technologies.
Public Compensation:
$253,000/year to $314,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
