Why This Role Matters

PEW Logistics is transforming how brands, retailers, and distributors sell online. We provide the technology, fulfillment, compliance, and operational infrastructure that allows businesses to launch and scale eCommerce programs quickly and efficiently.

We are seeking a Director of Digital Commerce & Growth to lead customer acquisition, partner growth, digital commerce strategy, and customer experience initiatives across the PEW Logistics platform.

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a revenue-generating leadership position focused on helping partners grow sales while expanding the PEW Logistics ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands how to drive traffic, increase conversions, launch new eCommerce experiences, and build scalable growth programs. A critical responsibility of this role is the ability to rapidly deploy Magento-powered customer portals, branded storefronts, dealer sites, affiliate programs, and partner eCommerce experiences that generate revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

If you are equally comfortable discussing ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition, merchandising strategy, and Magento deployments, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Grow the PEW Logistics Platform

  • Drive growth initiatives that attract new brands, retailers, distributors, and strategic partners to the PEW Logistics ecosystem.
  • Develop programs that increase partner engagement, sales volume, and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as a key contributor in positioning PEW Logistics as the leading eCommerce and fulfillment platform in the industry.

Launch Digital Commerce Experiences

  • Own the deployment and optimization of Magento-powered customer portals, partner storefronts, dealer sites, and branded eCommerce experiences.
  • Create repeatable processes that allow new Magento instances to be launched quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with development teams to configure, launch, and optimize customer-facing sites.
  • Support partner onboarding by delivering turnkey eCommerce solutions that accelerate revenue generation.
  • Continuously improve site performance, customer experience, and conversion rates across all digital properties.

Drive Marketing & Revenue Growth

  • Lead campaigns across email, SMS, social media, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising channels.
  • Manage Google Ads, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies that increase sales and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify growth opportunities through analytics, testing, and market research.
  • Expand affiliate and partnership programs that drive incremental revenue.

Elevate Customer Experience

  • Oversee customer service operations and customer-facing support initiatives.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Fulfillment, Technology, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer when developing new products, services, and platform enhancements.

Lead Teams & Deliver Results

  • Build and develop high-performing Marketing, Customer Success, and Digital Commerce teams.
  • Establish KPIs focused on revenue growth, customer retention, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution.
  • Track performance and provide executive reporting on growth initiatives and business outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, customer growth, or digital commerce leadership.
  • Proven success driving online revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong experience with Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or enterprise eCommerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and manage multiple customer-facing websites, storefronts, or portals.
  • Experience building scalable programs that support partner growth and customer success.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, email marketing, SMS marketing, affiliate marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging GA4, business intelligence tools, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with marketplaces, fulfillment providers, logistics platforms, or eCommerce enablement businesses.
  • Firearms, outdoor sporting goods, or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Zendesk, Refersion, Impact, ShipStation, and inventory management systems.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital merchandising.
  • Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
  • The opportunity to help build one of the most innovative eCommerce and fulfillment platforms in the industry.
  • Direct influence over growth strategy, customer acquisition, partner success, and digital commerce innovation.

Ready to Build What's Next?

If you're passionate about scaling eCommerce businesses, launching Magento-powered commerce experiences, and driving measurable growth, we'd love to hear from you.
