We are searching for a visionary Director of Quantitative Research to lead a high-performing analytics team, drive innovative trading strategies, and deliver measurable impact in fast-moving markets.
Your Mission:
- Lead Innovation: Build and guide a world-class Quantitative Research team, setting the vision for algorithmic trading, predictive modeling, and risk analytics.
- Design Advanced Models: Develop and implement statistical, mathematical, and machine learning models that give our traders a competitive edge.

What You Bring:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quantitative research, modeling, or algorithmic trading, preferably in commodities, derivatives, or financial markets.
- Expert in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or similar tools; strong experience with large datasets and statistical techniques.
- Deep understanding of financial mathematics, machine learning, risk analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Proven leadership in building high-impact teams and delivering results in fast-paced trading environments.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex quantitative insights into strategic decisions.
