Key Responsibilities Lead the overall risk management function, analyzing financial impacts of risks Manage the comprehensive insurance program covering real estate assets Oversee the full claims process and maintain communication with brokers and stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field 6+ years of experience in risk or insurance, with property insurance experience required Experience in multi-family and affordable housing preferred Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across the organization Ability to work independently to complete goals
