About The Role.
The Director, Regional Field Leader is a key member of the Risk Management team reporting to the VP, Western Zone Field Leader. The primary focus of this role is to provide strong leadership for an assigned group of Risk Managers. Specific responsibilities will focus on coaching and development to drive PURE360 quality, delivery of an exceptional member experience, and loss prevention improvement in the defined region. Field travel and engagement with direct reports up to 50% of the time is expected.

The base salary for this role can range from $120,000 to $135,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
