THE OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Sales Enablement will play a critical role in bridging sales strategy and execution across our global sales organization. This leader will architect and evolve a cohesive enablement ecosystem that empowers sellers and leaders to perform at their best, grounded in BetterUp’s science-backed approach to growth, behavior change, and mastery.
This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Systems, and Learning & Development to ensure our sales teams have the right skills, insights, content, and systems to win — while reinforcing a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and customer-centricity.

The base salary range for this role is as follows:
$228,000 – $285,00: New York City and San Francisco
$205,000 – $256,000: All other locations
