Job Description

NETGEAR is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic South APAC Sales Director to lead its Enterprise sales operations across the APAC South region, spanning Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and ANZ. Based in Singapore, this role is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, partner ecosystem development, and market expansion across a diverse and geographically distributed region.

NETGEAR is undergoing a meaningful evolution of its go-to-market model, and this role will be pivotal as we accelerate growth across a strategically important and commercially complex cluster of markets. The Enterprise Networking business will focus on recruiting and scaling the next generation of strategic partners and MSPs across the region, while NETGEAR AV leadership will accelerate existing partnerships and expand further into Broadcast, Commercial AV, and Enterprise verticals.

This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a commercially astute leader with deep regional fluency, the ability to navigate multi-country complexity, and the drive to build and scale a high-performance sales organization. The South APAC Sales Director will be accountable for defining and executing market-specific strategies, owning regional P&L targets, and leading through transformation across a broad and varied portfolio of markets. Success requires strong executive presence, cultural intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively across both local and global stakeholder environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build, lead, and scale a high-performance Enterprise sales organization across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and ANZ, with accountability for revenue growth, market development, and execution excellence across all four markets.

· Define and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies tailored to the distinct commercial, regulatory, and cultural dynamics of each country within the APAC South cluster, balancing regional coherence with local relevance.

· Establish a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the regional sales team, enabling effective prioritization of strategic customers, partners, and growth initiatives.

· Own end-to-end forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for the APAC South business across all channels and key projects; provide accurate and timely visibility to senior regional and global leadership.

· Proactively monitor competitive dynamics, customer requirements, and market trends across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and ANZ to identify and capture growth opportunities ahead of the competition.

· Recruit, enable, and scale new strategic partner and MSP relationships across the region, while driving accelerated performance of existing partners through hands-on engagement and long-term relationship investment.

· Lead and develop a distributed, multi-country sales team across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and ANZ, with a strong emphasis on talent development, performance management, and building long-term organizational capability.

· Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Systems Engineering, and regional and global stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensure operational rigor, and optimize sales outcomes across the APAC South cluster.

· Drive the evolution of NETGEAR’s go-to-market model across the APAC South region, championing adoption and change management across the sales organization and broader partner ecosystem.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.

· Proven track record leading Enterprise sales operations across multiple APAC markets, with direct experience in at least two of the following: Singapore, SEA markets, South Korea, or ANZ.

· Strong industry experience in IT and/or technical domains (e.g., networking, security, infrastructure, ProAV).

· 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within a multinational or complex organizational environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-border teams and manage multi-market P&L responsibility.

· Experience operating within a multi-tier, partner-led go-to-market model; proven ability to recruit, develop, and scale channel and reseller ecosystems across diverse markets.

· Demonstrated success leading sales transformations, go-to-market transitions, or organizational change in a regional context.

· Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate credibly across senior commercial, operational, and regional/global leadership environments.

· Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, Bahasa, or additional regional languages is highly advantageous given the breadth of markets covered.

· Demonstrated cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt leadership and commercial approaches to the varying business environments across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and ANZ.

· Proven capability managing distributed and hybrid teams across multiple geographies and time zones, with experience working cross-functionally across regional and global organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.

· Experience selling into Enterprise, Broadcast, ProAV, or regulated industries across the APAC South cluster.

· Established network of partner, channel, and customer relationships across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and/or ANZ.

· Familiarity with the procurement cycles, business cultures, and regulatory environments across the markets within the APAC South cluster.

· Prior experience managing a similarly broad or complex multi-country sales remit within the APAC region.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Willingness to travel up to 50%, across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and ANZ, including partner and customer engagements, industry events and trade shows, and market development activities.

· Must hold appropriate right to work in Singapore.
