Key Responsibilities Own the scientific roadmap across core AI capabilities with clear hypotheses and success metrics Design robust evaluation and benchmarking for generative and predictive models, ensuring scientific rigor Lead applied research projects from literature review to productization, while mentoring scientists and engineers Required Qualifications 10+ years in AI/ML research or applied science with leadership experience Experience designing and scaling ML systems and real-time applications Proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks with a strong understanding of optimization and performance 3+ years leading applied research teams preferred Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and comfort in a global, cross-functional organization
