Position Overview: As a Dynamic Manufacturing Engineer at Multimatic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring manufacturing accuracy and efficiency within a leading global automotive supplier. You will coordinate engineering changes, improve processes, support product introductions, and maintain high safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive engineer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing systems and safety legislation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring 98% accuracy in manufacturing bills of materials and work center data
• Coordinating engineering change notices to minimize obsolete stock
• Driving process improvements, equipment updates, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Participating in Kaizen activities and maintaining compliance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Providing hands-on engineering support on the production floor

Qualifications:

• College diploma or university degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD tools
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical reporting, and safety standards
