Role Description The E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Analyst / Online Sales Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales performance across e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving product visibility, and enhancing overall online customer experience.

Key responsibilities include managing product listings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or company-owned e-commerce websites. The role involves optimizing product content, pricing strategies, promotions, and search rankings to maximize sales and conversion rates.

The analyst is also responsible for monitoring sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior using analytics tools. They identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and increase average order value through data-driven insights.

In addition, the role involves coordinating with marketing, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability, timely fulfillment, and effective campaign execution. The E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Analyst / Online Sales Analyst plays a key role in driving online business growth and improving digital sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital sales, or marketplace management
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify)
  • Experience in product listing optimization, SEO for e-commerce, and digital merchandising
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, or similar tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and customer data
  • Experience managing promotions, pricing strategies, and online campaigns
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and online customer behavior
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams such as logistics, marketing, and inventory
  • Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools
  • Results-driven mindset focused on sales growth and performance optimization
