As an

Early Career Consultant -- IT Infrastructure

, you'll be part of WSP's Ontario Technology team, supporting the delivery of secure, complex IT infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity to build your consulting foundation while contributing to projects that enable safe, resilient, and future‑ready environments for our clients and communities.

Your Impact

  • Support IT infrastructure consulting services including cabling infrastructure, network, and technology systems design.
  • Assist with contract administration activities related to IT infrastructure and technology systems.
  • Contribute to physical IT infrastructure audits and technical assessments.
  • Support projects through all phases including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, construction documentation, tender review, construction administration, and close‑out.
  • Implement design mark‑ups into

Revit

and/or

AutoCAD

drawings.

  • Prepare professional, client‑facing technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
  • Participate in technical and project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the local and broader Building Technologies team and other WSP disciplines.
  • The Skills That Set You Apar

Electrical Engineering

or a closely related discipline.

  • Foundational experience with

Revit

and/or

AutoCAD

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain

Public Works and Government Services Canada Level 2 Security Clearance

.

  • Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • Ability to report to a home office location a minimum of three days per week.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel as required.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:

$67,000 -- $92,200

MB & ON:

$73,400 -- $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:

$67,000 -- $92,200
