Role Overview

The Analytics & Testing team spearheads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Ecommerce analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and performance measurement tools. Collaborating closely with Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Experience, Global Web Analytics, and Data Science teams, we strive to provide actionable insights and performance reporting that align with our strategic roadmap.

As the Ecommerce Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Web Analytics function. This position involves partnering with Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Content, Marketing, Data Science, and Global Web Analytics teams to drive insights that foster informed business decisions and measurable impact.

In this role, you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on analytics execution. We seek a candidate with strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to convey complex data as clear, actionable insights for leadership. Success in this position will require collaboration, adaptability, and a comfort level in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, model, and analyze data that informs business strategies.
  • Lead analytics on Ecommerce initiatives, delivering insights and performance recommendations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate experiential, customer, and transactional data into actionable business insights.
  • Utilize cross-platform data integrations to assess Ecommerce performance and business impact.
  • Optimize reporting structures, custom views, and data models to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Contribute to the Ecommerce Analytics roadmap, focusing on automation and AI solutions.
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies to boost efficiency, scalability, and insight generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital/ecommerce analytics and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency with SQL and R or Python (BigQuery syntax required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a methodical, problem-solving approach.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and BigQuery (required).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, and Amperity.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data environments, including CRM and CDP platforms.
  • Ideally, experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, or Monetate.
  • Background in Ecommerce-driven business environments.
  • Experience analyzing Ecommerce performance, A/B tests, and Personalizations.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods in business contexts.
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level reports.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(K), Paid Family Leave, Commuter Benefits, Disability Insurance, and Tuition Assistance.
