TLDR: We're looking for a unicorn that gets excited at tackling the biggest problem facing the industry today - attracting Web2 builders. XION now makes it possible, and it's your job to massively scale the pipeline.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Ecosystem Growth unicorn to spearhead our hyper-localized strategy—building, educating, and engaging communities of developers who are new to Web3. You will develop and execute growth initiatives, cultivate relationships with local communities, and champion XION’s mission to transform the developer landscape in crypto. You will be in the inbound funnel for projects entering the XION ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities• Strategic Growth Planning

• Design and implement hyperlocalized growth campaigns to convert traditional developers into the XION Web3 ecosystem.
• Identify target regions, devise community engagement strategies, and prioritize markets based on strategic impact.
• Community Building & Engagement
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups in collaboration with local developer communities.
• Manage XION’s developer community channels (Discord, GitHub, forums) to foster collaboration and support.
• Cultivate local partnerships with tech hubs, universities, and influencers to bolster adoption.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with product, marketing, and developer relations teams to align growth initiatives with platform updates and launches.
• Collaborate with external partners—exchanges, ecosystem projects, and community leaders—to expand XION’s reach and influence.
• Data-Driven Analysis
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., developer conversions, retention rates, community engagement).
• Use insights to refine growth strategies and optimize future campaigns.
• Advocacy & Thought Leadership
• Represent XION at conferences, speaking engagements, and panels, championing the benefits of Web3 development.

Requirements• Multiple years of growth experience

• Proven success leading content-driven product teams in high-growth environments.
• Understanding of crypto or the ability to quickly adapt to the industry.
• Visionary approach to growth, thinking beyond traditional crypto audiences.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
