What You’ll Do:

The CoreWeave EHS Organization supports all global CoreWeave functions. This position is part of the Global EHS function and will support all business operations as requested, working collaboratively in a matrixed organization to foster relationships across office management, HR, procurement, and legal. You will be at the forefront of driving EHS culture, managing office safety programs, and leading global employee engagement and communication strategies.

About the role:

As the EHS Global Office and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for supporting EHS office programs across the enterprise, including risk assessments, emergency planning, and crisis management. You will lead EHS employee engagement and communications across all levels of the organization, developing global strategies for newsletters, performance updates, and dashboards. Your day-to-day will involve both hands-on tactical support for global sites and high-level coordination of departmental objectives.

In this role, you will:

Serve as the central coordinator for global EHS office program activities and governance meetings.

Write and execute EHS communications and engagement for all CoreWeave operations.

Drive consistency and standardization across global EHS office processes and tools.

Establish and manage EHS requirements for future office builds and healthy office initiatives.

Provide staff training on key EHS programs and SOPs, and participate in regulatory inspections as needed.

Support EHS investigations and CAPAs, developing regional dashboards for leadership.

Regularly visit and navigate various work environments, including corporate offices and industrial data center sites, to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. 

Who You Are: 

5+ years of progressive experience in EHS, including demonstrated success leading creative employee engagement initiatives and implementing comprehensive EHS programs.

Demonstrated technical expertise as an EHS generalist across safety, occupational health, environmental, and sustainability program management.

A Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field or equivalent professional experience is required.

Exceptional ability to communicate complex, technical, and structured information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Proven experience utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to drive program accuracy, innovation, and measurable operational value.

Preferred: (if applicable)

Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic is highly preferred.Advanced degrees and/or EHS certifications (CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, ASP, etc.)

The base salary range for this role is $134,000-179,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
