Responsibilities
- Design electrical building systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, and related systems.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and comprehensive design documents.
- Collaborate with the internal mechanical and plumbing teams, architects, and structural partners.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and conduct occasional site visits.
- Ensure code compliance while aligning designs with client needs.
- Contribute to project delivery, quality, and effective team communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with electrical building systems in consulting or MEP environments.
- EIT certification required.
- Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement that includes in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for team-focused environments.
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous.
