Electrical Design Engineer

My Client is a premiere engineering firm located in Seattle looking for an Electrical Engineer Project Manager to add to their talented team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 – 15 years in the industry
• Minimum 5 years working in the construction industry; plan spec or design build
• Minimum 5 years of direct client contact in consulting or construction fields
• Minimum 5 years in developing and delivering professional presentations on program status and opportunities for improvements
• Thorough understanding of construction delivery methods (Design build, Design bid build, Negotiated contract)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in at least two building types, i.e., Education, Retail, Commercial TI, etc.
• Thorough working knowledge of electrical systems for team coordination
• Serve as a technical resource for others throughout the firm, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Understanding of CAD, Revit and Bluebeam
• Detailed understanding of local and codes
