⚡ Electrical Engineer — A/E Design & Construction
Location: New York, NY | Full-Time | Hybrid

What You’ll Do
- Support electrical design and development from concept through construction
- Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, addenda, and bulletins
- Attend and actively participate in design and construction meetings
- Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and contractor inquiries
- Perform field visits for surveys, construction observations, and punch lists
- Conduct engineering calculations, including load calculations and equipment sizing
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution
What You Bring
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (accredited program required)
- EIT or PE License preferred
- LEED Certification a plus
Experience
- Recent experience with technically complex A/E projects
- Strong understanding of multi-discipline coordination
- Field experience with knowledge of construction methods and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD MEP 3D, Revit MEP, Navisworks
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Prolog (or similar project management tools)
Code Knowledge
- Familiarity with:
- NYC Building, Mechanical, Energy Conservation & Fire Codes
- National and International Codes (NEC, NFPA, etc.)
